SUMMARY:
The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist the Area Food and Beverage Manager in the daily operations of the food service and staff.
In addition, the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for promoting excellent guest service through promotion and adherence to the Coeur Spirit Program
