The primary responsibility of a Players Club Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing Players Club members by informing customers of member benefits, current and future promotions, and answering any questions they may have while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
Must possess a least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English in both verbal and written forms, including effective communication in spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Support License from UMUGC.
