Provide exceptional customer service to all casino guest ensuring that machines are maintained, making minor repairs, processing machine jackpots, and adhering to all compliance standards. Provides customer support by responding to jackpots and improve customer relations by monitoring guest play and encouraging loyalty sign ups at the player club for guest. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with safety and gaming rules, procedures and regulation; reporting safety hazards and gaming violations. 

• Consistently walking thru out shift
• Basic computer skills with ability to operate most standard office equipment
• willing to work weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English in both verbal and written forms, including effective communication skills
• Money handling skills 
• Must be able to obtain UMUGC Badge
