About the role
At the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina, our Turndown Attendants provide a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.
What you will do
Remove any used linens and replace with clean ones.
Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly & prep bed.
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, & cotton balls.
Prep both occupied and unoccupied rooms for arrivals & stay overs.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you bring
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Comfortability in lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for the majority of the shift.
