Tennis Professional

Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National is looking for a versatile, full-time tennis professional that can teach in all areas. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great personality and who loves teaching tennis to players of all ages and abilities. USPTA or PTR certification desired.

• Be responsible for all tennis lessons and tennis clinics at the Hotel
• Skillfully manage court time assignments to maximize utilization and accommodate guest preferences; monitor court reservations to avoid conflicts and provide excellent service
• Regularly assess inventory and make strategic purchasing decisions to meet demand
• Oversee the charging and billing process for tennis services, ensuring precise accounting and guest satisfaction
• Prioritize the proper maintenance and cleanliness of tennis courts and the surrounding area
• Facilitate constructive feedback and professional development for the team
• Provide ongoing training to enhance the skills and expertise of the tennis associates
