About the role

As an Technician at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems within the resort. You will work proactively to support the safe and smooth functioning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

What you will do

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of all M&E systems, including electrical distribution, lighting, HVAC systems, water pumps, fire protection systems, and generators.
Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from guests or other departments.
Maintain maintenance logs, records, and equipment history accurately.
Report any hazards, damages, or incidents to the Engineering Supervisor.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical faults, control panels, circuit breakers, switches, and plumbing systems.
To assist other department in handling functions and ceremony held in the Resorts.

What you bring

Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Minimum one year working experience as a Maintenance Technician in Building M & E Services preferably in a hotel industries.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist across disciplines.
