Location: Remote (covering the Bloemfontein region including Welkom, Bethlehem and Kimberley)

Are you passionate about technology and sales, and enjoy hands-on problem solving? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to remotely support and grow our installer network in Bloemfontein, helping drive product adoption and providing expert technical guidance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support installers to maximize the promotion of our full product range.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through installer channels.
  • Conduct site visits to provide installation support, troubleshoot issues, and guide installers technically.
  • Deliver product training and raise awareness in the field.
  • Capture all installer interactions in CRM and provide actionable market insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report trends to influence strategy.
What Success Looks Like:
  • High installer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Complete and accurate logging of all installer interactions in CRM.
  • Tangible growth in product adoption within your territory.
  • Weekly reports providing market insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in technical sales or field support, ideally in access automation or electronic security.
  • Strong technical knowledge with advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote territory effectively.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence - petrol will be compensated. 
Qualifications:
  • Matric or equivalent (Technical Diploma/N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is advantageous).
  • Experience with access automation products is a strong plus.
