Job Description

Position Summary:

Direct, coordinate and evaluate the activities of surveillance personnel in performance of their duties.

Essential Functions:

Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.

Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance.

Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering guidelines and resources to achieve goals.

Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity.

Track team member’s attendance in accordance with approved attendance-tracking system.

Day-to-day supervision of surveillance personnel.

Implement and adhere all policies set forth by the Missouri Gaming Commission and the Department Director or Manager.

Perform duties of a Surveillance Operator as required.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Prior supervisory experience helpful.
3. In-depth knowledge of 21, Craps, and Slots.
4. Background in video or electronics desirable.
