What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming first point of contact for guests, in person and by phone
Manage spa bookings, schedules, and therapist coordination
Share knowledge of spa services, products, and local attractions
Complete guest check-ins, paperwork, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Promote and sell spa retail products
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional spa environment
Follow health and safety procedures and support general operational needs
Skills and Experience:
Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience required
Spa or wellness industry experience is an asset, but not required
Valid Pro Serve Certification
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a flexible working style
