What You’ll Be Doing: Partner with the General Manager to establish goals, track results, and ensure the spa meets or exceeds its profit plan. Provide both functional and strategic leadership across all spa operations — from front office to back office. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance guest service and team performance. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a high-performing, guest-focused team. Manage payroll, inventory, and supplier relationships accurately and efficiently. Monitor guest feedback, ensuring every experience is exceptional. Maintain a safe and positive work environment for all team members. What We’re Looking For: Previous supervisory or management experience in a spa or wellness environment is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
