Located near Cardiff, they are looking for a creative Sous Chef to join the team of their buffet-style restaurant. You will be creating dishes inspired by flavours from around the world.

- £13.54 per hour plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef…
- Creating a selection of stunning buffet-style dishes
- Working as effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
- Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
