What You’ll Do

As the Sous Chef you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including:

  • Assisting in the management of kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Leading and mentoring a talented culinary team to uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and specials that will excite and delight our guests.
  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring every dish meets our standards.
  • Overtime Eligible Manager: This position offers the opportunity for overtime pay based on the operational needs of the kitchen.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position.
  • Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • A commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the kitchen.
