What You’ll Do
As the Sous Chef you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including:
- Assisting in the management of kitchen operations, food preparation, and quality control.
- Leading and mentoring a talented culinary team to uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and specials that will excite and delight our guests.
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring every dish meets our standards.
- Overtime Eligible Manager: This position offers the opportunity for overtime pay based on the operational needs of the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position.
- Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
