The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is searching for a talented Restaurant Chef to lead the team at Diplomat Prime!
The ideal candidate will be an innovative, creative, and passionate Chef with 3–5 years of culinary leadership experience. They must be a seasoned, hands-on leader with strong leadership skills and a deep passion for culinary excellence. Advanced proficiency with computer systems and kitchen management platforms is essential, as they will oversee payroll, staff scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
This individual must have proven experience in team development, mentoring, menu creation, and fostering team accountability. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to operations are key. Previous hotel experience and union leadership experience are preferred.
This leader will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine, managing a team of seven culinary professionals and driving a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time/ Full availability is needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

What will I be doing?
