As Sous Chef, you will oversee the night line, managing the preparation and execution of dinner menu items and daily specials. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you’ll ensure the kitchen is ready for service, adhering to recipe standards, portion control, and food safety protocols, while maintaining the timely delivery of high-quality, plated dishes.
As a vital part of the team, you’ll play a significant role in shaping guests’ impressions of their time at Sunwapta.
