As a Terrain Park Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for monitoring activities in the terrain park to enhance the guest experience and maintain guest safety.

What will you be doing?
· Oversee Terrain Park staff, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary decisions.
· Construct park features using a Grooming Machine to build features such as rails and jumps, and coordinate staff assistance in construction.
· Ski/ride the park prior to daily opening to assess quality and safety issues.
· Shovel snow, fix broken items, and perform general maintenance on park features.
· Log and document all safety issues, changes in park features, and feature openings/closings
· Patrol the park, encouraging proper park use and addressing unsafe practices with users
· Assist injured park guests, and call ski patrol if needed.
· Perform additional duties as needed
What do you bring to the role?
· Must have good customer service skills, good communication skills, be hardworking, be dependable and be quick thinking with a positive attitude.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with ski patrol, grooming and management staff.
· Ski and/or snowboarding ability a must, PSIA of NSP certification a plus.
· Experience in a supervisory role preferred, knowledge of NSAA Terrain Park Guide is a plus.
· Must be able to tolerate extreme cold weather conditions and have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
