What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel, High-End Lounge, or Beach Club Environment will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  
• Certification in Health and Safety Protocols or municipality-approved Tobacco Handling Training is preferred to uphold Safe, High-Quality FIVE-Styled Shisha experiences.
  
• Extensive Knowledge of Shisha Products, Flavour Profiles, and Preparation Techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Outstanding ability to work Under Pressure in a High-Energy, Fast-Paced environment. 
  
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a Plus).
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares, assembles, and serves Hand-Crafted Shisha to Guests, following FIVE’s Disruptive Standards and local Health and Safety Regulations.
  
• Ensures all Shisha Equipment operates at Peak Performance, while maintaining Immaculate Hygiene and Cleanliness in the designated service areas.
  
• Monitors usage of charcoal, ensuring Safe Handling and Disposal in line with Fire Safety Protocols and Municipal Requirements.
  
• Ensures Full Compliance with local health, safety, and municipality regulations related to Tobacco and Shisha services, maintaining a Secure and Premium Guest environment.
  
• Maintains an Accurate inventory of Shisha-Related supplies, liaising with the Procurement Department for Timely replenishment of components and blends.
  
• Presents and recommends a Curated selection of Shisha Flavours and Signature Blends, crafting experiences tailored to Guest Preferences and the Signature ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Engages Guests with Sensational hospitality and Expert insight, providing Personalised flavour suggestions that Enhance each moment.
  
• Handles Guest Feedback with discretion, transforming Concerns into Opportunities to deliver an elevated experience.
  
• Collaborates with the Food and Beverage and Lounge Departments to launch seasonal, Top-Notch Shisha offerings.
  
• Mentors and guides junior FIVE Tribe Members on Shisha preparation, presentation techniques, and Guest Interaction, fostering consistency across Service Delivery.
