Full-time Hourly Position starting at $19.00 DOE plus benefits.Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Clyde Hotel.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Work under direction of the GM, AGM or Culinary lead.
Input, code and log invoices daily.
Send all invoices to AP twice weekly.
Review inventory and par levels, order inventory, and fill requisitions.
Maintain records of all products ordered.
Track product inventory, utilize First In/First Out delivery method.
Daily audits to ensure all products ordered were received.
Work with chefs and outlet managers on end of month inventory.
Monthly/quarterly review with Executive Housekeeper and Banquet Manager for Quarterly Inventories.
Assist with the placement of Linen Ordering and Deliveries.
Communicate daily with restaurant leadership and vendor run outlets.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
Adhere to safety policies & procedures.
Additional duties as necessary and assigned.
Attend required training sessions or meetings.
Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Other duties as assigned are consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
