We are looking for a Senior Service Leader - HSKP (Floor)

As a Senior Service Leader - HSKP (Floor), we rely on you to 

  • Summarize the attendance and performance of employees based on their work performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Be familiar with the conditions of the guest rooms under your jurisdiction.
  • Inspect the facilities and management of the housekeeping department, and spot-check the quality and efficiency of the department's work.
  • Be responsible for the work planning and supervision of the department, as well as the department's financial budget.
  • Be familiar with the operation of the department, handle daily affairs, and provide timely guidance when problems are found.
  • Keep an eye on the guests' movements, handle general guest complaints, and report to the department manager in case of major accidents.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Hotel management-related major.

  • Possess strong conversational English skills, as well as certain organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Have worked as a floor supervisor for more than one year.
  • Familiar with professional knowledge of room management and proficient in using computers.
