REPORTS TO Director Of Sales and Marketing

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive proactive sales by targeting high-potential accounts, markets, and segments, focusing on account saturation and new business development to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to align business acquisition with profitability, qualifying leads based on spend and conversion potential.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities, utilizing strong negotiation and creative selling skills to close high-value deals that align with market conditions and property needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and internal stakeholders to foster repeat business and expand the customer base.
  • Execute operational and service standards, including contract facilitation, proposal development, and site visits, ensuring a seamless sales process aligned with brand expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Combination of hotel sales experience and post secondary education either in business administration or hospitality.
  • Strong business acumen and people leadership skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
