Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
Matric certificate
Stable work history with sober habits
Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest feedback
Calm, proactive, and resourceful under pressure
Hands-on leadership style with a collaborative mindset
Comfortable with HR, stock control, and admin duties
Ability to build rapport across departments and maintain service standards
Own transport and valid driver’s license
Candidate Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and service alignment.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
Manage stock control, HR processes, and administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
