Unit Description

Holiday Inn Estes Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel is only two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to the heart of town. Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance, repairs, and preventative requests on time and within budget
  • Trouble shoot electrical and HVAC commercial kitchen equipment
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors
  • This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform basic carpentry and painting duties
  • Promptly report maintenance problems requiring trade specific skill and attention

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance, or in trades such as electrical, refrigeration, plumbing
  • Have the ability to acquire a CPO.
  • Ability to comply with company vehicle policy, and ability to adhere to all safety, risk management and environmental policies and procedures and preventive maintenance
  • Capacity to perform level one trade functions such as electrical motor trouble shooting to 220 volts, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, basic boiler operation and kitchen equipment repair
  • This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Available on weekends

This position starts at a minimum of:

USD $25.00/Hourly
