Key Accountabilities:
- Carries out laundry, pressing and dry cleaning services to guests and staff
- Provides guidance and training to new staff in laundry operation work
- Maintains proper laundry records and supports in report compilation
General Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in hotel laundry is preferred
- Simple Knowledge in computer usage and Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of answering telephone calls with etiquette required
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Laundry Attendant
