Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Senior Engineering Manager directs the installation and repair of all electrical, mechanical and architectural systems throughout the facility to insure safety and efficiency. In this position, you will take on many leadership responsibilities, which may include mentoring more junior engineers

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• At least 2-year college (associate) degree preferred
• More than 7+ plus year of experience in engineering

EXPERIENCE

• Three years’ experience or plus in engineering management in hospitality or high-rise industry  
• Previous supervisory skills required
• Projects Management experience
• Mechanic Experience is a most - In hotel preferred.
