Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Security Leads to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Supervise and coordinate the security team, ensuring coverage and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor safety of patrons and staff, responding to incidents and guiding team actions.
• Assess customer behavior and intoxication; make final decisions on removing patrons.
• Greet patrons and check IDs as needed, setting an example for the team.
• Train and mentor security staff on procedures and emergency protocols.
• Communicate with management on incidents, staffing, and operational improvements.

• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English language.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Necessary food, alcohol, and security certifications.
