We are currently seeking an active and enthusiastic Seasonal Porter at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?

As a Porter, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.

You’ll assist with arrivals, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door. Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service, excellence and consistency of daily activities.

Are you Hand Picked?

• We are looking for active and enthusiastic candidates that have a willing attitude and a welcoming and friendly nature. We work as a team to ensure our hotel operates smoothly and our guests are receiving a high-quality, personalised, and magical experience that they remember, recommend and return to time and time again.
• You will have previous experience working in Front office in a luxury four or five star hotel. 
• Strong local knowledge is essential, enabling you to offer insightful suggestions about the surrounding area and nearby places of interest.
• We want people that are passionate, showing the ability to go above and beyond naturally, that take pride in delivering consistently high standards and pay attention to all the details.
