Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks including preparation of contracts, proposals, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming inquiries, route them to the appropriate Sales Manager, and follow up where needed.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management system (CRM) accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and sales appointments.
Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
Manage and maintain a filing system for all sales documents and correspondence.
Assist with marketing initiatives such as e-mail campaigns, collateral preparation, and social media coordination.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports as required.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and support positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure all tasks and communications align with the brand standards and values.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or sales administration is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
