The Sales Coordinator position is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and the Sales Department. The Sales Coordinator will assist in all aspects of in-house sales to include – telemarketing, selling guest rooms, special guest requests, catering services and banquet facilities, etc. The Sales Coordinator will conduct research, prepare statistical reports, collect and process sensitive data, resolve client concerns, and provide high-level administrative support.
