Sales and Catering Manager-Hotel Group Sales & Local Corporate Accounts/ Max Beach Resort

Max Beach Resort is seeking an energetic Sales & Catering Manager to drive business through proactive outside sales calls and relationship building. This role is split evenly between group sales and local corporate sales, with a strong focus on prospecting new accounts and maintaining existing client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate business through outside sales calls, networking, and cold calling
• Manage group and corporate accounts from lead to contract to event execution
• Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our beachfront resort
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Hotel sales or catering experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate business through outside sales
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
