Live, Work and Thrive at Paradise Lodge and Bungalows in Lake Louise Paradise Lodge and Bungalows offers seasonal work in a small mountain community. This role suits people who want steady work, a consistent routine, and access to the outdoors in a remote setting. This is a seasonal position from May to October, with potential for continued employment beyond the initial contract.   What This Job Is This is a hands-on housekeeping role in a 45-unit property. The work is physical and fast paced during peak season. Shifts are daytime and focus on guest rooms and shared spaces across the Lodge and Cabins. You will work as part of a small team with consistent standards and clear expectations.   What This Job Is Not This role is not suited to people who need city services nearby or prefer light duty work. Lake Louise is a small village with limited amenities. Banff is a 45 minute bus ride away.   What a Typical Day Looks Like Clean assigned guest rooms to established standards Change linens, replace towels, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove waste Restock amenities and respond to guest requests Report maintenance issues and follow safety procedures Work as part of a team to meet daily room targets   What We Are Looking For Reliable attendance and flexibility for weekends and holidays Comfort with physical work and repetitive movement Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic spoken and written English Ability to lift and move at least 35 pounds   Living in Lake Louise Shared staff housing is available onsite or in the village, depending on availability. Housing is affordable and designed for seasonal staff. Lake Louise has a population of roughly 500. Services are limited. People who enjoy quiet living, outdoor activity, and close working relationships tend to do well here.
