Responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms.
Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
Report maintenance problems and complete work repair orders.
Turn in articles left in rooms to management for "Lost and Found" following hotel procedures.
Take corrective action where required to improve safety of work areas.
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Work collaboratively with all team members and helps create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures, including inventory of supplies needed to complete assignments
Perform quality cleaning with excellent time management skills to ensure that rooms are ready for guest check in on time
Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
Perform similar duties as requested by supervisor
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.

Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
