About the role of the Restaurant Supervisor

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for effectively coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant or assigned outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires leading by example, upholding service standards, and supporting team performance to maintain a seamless and memorable dining experience.

What you will do:

  • Ensure guests receive professional, courteous, and efficient service at all times, in accordance with established standards and service sequences.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all restaurant operations, with the ability to review, adjust, and perform all service duties as needed.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all service and quality standards.
  • Assign daily responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Remain visibly present during peak service periods to support the team and ensure operational excellence.

What you bring:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Micros and Opera systems.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
