As a Restaurant Supervisor you will support the daily operations of our Food and Beverage outlets. Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, team performance and operation efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
- Perform operational duties across all areas of the restaurant as needed.
- Monitor service standards, guest dining times, and seating capacity throughout each shift to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and elevated dining experiences.
- Lead and support staff by mentoring, coaching, and fostering a guest-first culture.
- Schedule associates effectively using staffing guides, adjusting as needed to meet business demands.
- Manage operational compliance and execution of restaurant procedures to maintain service excellence.
- Handle leadership responsibilities including financial oversight, payroll, and daily reporting.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to overall business success.
Requirements
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality leadership strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and restaurant operations.
- Passion for guest service and team development.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
