The Restaurant Manager forms part of the Food & Beverage Management Team. The Restaurant Manager leads the Sundara Operation in the Resort which includes all outlets. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food and beverages quality and service, manage and develop a team, devise and monitor an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates, which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the division and Resort.
We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen, a passion for service and people-management skills. A creative mind with a passion to be ahead of trends is essential. This position requires a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be visible in the operation during key events and operational needs. Some travels may be required.
