Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Bar Manager…

• Overseeing the daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
• Leading, training, and inspiring the team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
• Maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, upholding the restaurant’s 2 Rosette reputation.
• Managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships, optimising efficiency and profitability.
• Enhancing the guest experience, implementing innovative ideas to elevate dining and bar offerings
