About the role:
This individual has the delight of welcoming our residents home each day, ensuring that they are taken care of with every step; from the safety and security of the building to the personal connection offered with each conversation. The ability to establish a strong rapport, the warmth of a friendly smile, and the drive to go above and beyond, anticipating and adapting to the needs and inquiries of our homeowners will carry great weight in the success of this candidate.
What you will do:
Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel/resort services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices.
Helps processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Coordinates with Valet parking staff for the retrieval of resident’s vehicles.
Conducts quarterly homeowner inventory (winter & summer equipment)
Coordinates homeowner events and communication through newsletter creation
Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeowners’ service providers and visitors, after previous authorization received, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and homeowners’ service providers. Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access.
Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents.
Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information
Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements (i.e. Engineering and Housekeeping requests) the resident has made
Coordinates the booking of the elevators/lifts for move-in or move-out after the 1st occupancy period is over
Complies with all Four Seasons’ guidelines, policies and procedures
Is knowledgeable about all Rules & Regulations for the Residential Association
Assists other Residential team members, including Management, Public Area Assistants and Resident Service Attendants, with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
Works closely with the Hotel to ensure smooth handling of resident’s deliveries, reservations and special requests
Helps ensure that the Residential Lobby, and other Common Areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Residences Management team
Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency
What you bring:
Previous Residential Services experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment
Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; ability to communicate in Spanish strongly preferred.
Good computer skill with an ability to use a variety of software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
