Reservations Manager – Luxury Hotel

One of our most highly acclaimed clients, a luxury hotel set in the stunning scenery of Surrey, is looking for a Reservations Manager to join their team. You will ensure a flawless and efficient operation of the hotel’s reservations department.

You will have experience in the world of luxury 5-star Hospitality and your own mode of transport due to the location of the hotel.

• £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission & Tronc = Circa £6,000
• Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Core hours)

Responsibilities as the Reservations Manager…

• Effectively managing the daily operations of the reservations department
• Providing direction and leadership to the reservations team and encouraging excellence to help achieve overall departmental objectives
• Ensuring all bookings are dealt with swiftly while following the correct procedure
• Showcasing knowledge of all the services offered throughout the hotel
• Being completely aware of the hotel’s reservations systems and being the go-to person for all questions and queries related to the systems

Coordinating a talented team of 7, you will lead the hotel’s food and beverage and room reservations. The hotel has an outstanding reputation for its guest experiences and the treatment of its employees. Therefore, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager looking to elevate their skillset and CV.
