Room for advancement in our growing company Be part of western Canada's fastest-growing hospitality brand A hands-on people focused Basecamp culture   Position Overview Under the supervision of the Spa Manager, the Reservations Agent is a key point of contact for guests seeking information and reservations for accommodation, spa experiences, packages, and promotions at Everwild Nordic Spa and Hotel. This role supports daily occupancy and revenue goals by ensuring reservations are accurately entered, maintained, and communicated across departments. Wage: $20 Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends.     Key Responsibilities   Guest Reservations & Customer Service Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and welcoming manner Assist guests with booking accommodations, spa access, packages, and promotions Provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, policies, and amenities Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently Ensure a seamless and positive guest experience from first contact to arrival   Reservation System & Booking Accuracy Accurately enter and maintain reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) Maintain up-to-date guest profiles, notes, and preferences Ensure reservation data accuracy to support smooth operations across departments   Revenue & Payment Coordination Process payments, deposits, refunds in accordance with policies Track cancellations and no-shows to support occupancy and revenue goals Assist with basic revenue and reservation reporting as required Support gift card tracking and promotional booking coordination Communicate discrepancies to management or accounting as needed   Communication & Operational Support Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Spa and Reservations & Group Team Communicate special requests, VIP notes, and operational needs clearly Assist in resolving guest concerns related to reservations Support day-to-day administrative tasks and departmental initiatives Perform other duties as assigned   Requirements Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and booking platforms.
