About the location:

About the role

The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests. To capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.

What you will do

  • You will deliver exceptional guest service by managing a high volume of guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. You will handle reservations efficiently, demonstrating strong multitasking and problem-solving skills while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and clear communication in English.

  • You will collaborate closely with your team, contributing to a positive work environment through strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You will represent the Four Seasons service standards with outstanding personal presentation, a pleasant and confident voice, and a consistently positive attitude.

What you bring

  • You will bring a strong foundation in hotel operations, supported by 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (CMP certification preferred). You will demonstrate excellent proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all channels.

  • You will contribute strong selling skills, creativity, and a high level of attention to detail, enabling you to deliver personalized reservation experiences. Your ability to multitask, make sound decisions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment will be essential.

  • Full-time position

  • Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs
