About the location:

An oceanfront resort on Mexico’s pacific, set within a private reserve. Escape to a secluded nature reserve in Mexico’s Tamarindo, the pristine coastline where verdant jungle meets the Pacific Ocean. About the role
Reservations Agents sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests, capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation.

What you will do

  • You will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.

What you bring

  • Minimum 1 year of luxury experience in Reservations

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! You will be an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, and have a passion for service and hospitality.

  • We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • The ideal candidate will also have a pleasant voice and a positive attitude.

  • This position involves a heavy volume of guest contact, and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Full-time position

  • Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs
