Well known engineering company in Rustenburg requires the services of a Rental Administrator.


Minimum Qualification:
* Matric/ Grade 12

Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous
* 2 – 3 years’ experience
* Stock, Finance and General Admin Training
* Communication skills
* Problem Solving skills

Responsibilities:
* Invoicing
* Debtor’s, Credit notes
* General finance
* Requests - to order stock for workshop
* Stock control
* Rentals
* Open jobcards on system and closing of jobcards
* Workshop Administration
* Service planning of rental fleet
* On hire and Off hire of rental equipment
* General administration
* Follow up on debtors
* Maintain site safety files required by customers
* Attending to all Job related and general administration.
* Attending to any, and all ad-hoc duties required by management.
* Making sure that filing system is updated.
* Receive orders and write up order numbers.
* Abide by the SA’s Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Performing additional related duties as assigned by the manager
