JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager for Caesars Palace & Cromwell / The Vanderpump Hotel leads the execution of marketing strategy for all hospitality activations including but not limited to hotel, entertainment, food & beverage, and citywide activations. This position requires a productive and driven individual who can manage a small team, multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis for all of Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  

  • Work closely with Marketing Director on assigned property projects, including a large focus on property signage and creative, website content and grand opening events.
  • Extensive project management with multiple internal and external clients with tight deadlines.
  • Lead execution of entertainment marketing projects in partnership with Entertainment team.
  • Thinks operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property operations teams to deliver marketing support.
  • Support the process of design, production, and implementation of property marketing collateral across multiple mediums.
  • Work with vendors to assist in delivery and installations.
  • Audit property marketing signage and update as needed.
  • Order marketing signage.
  • Assist with website updates.
  • Assist with creative and menu updates.
  • Assist with updating and auditing digital signage.
  • Help coordinate activations, including installation and auditing.
  • Maintain and manage property marketing matrixes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem- solving skills are required.
    QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • College degree in marketing or related field required.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in advertising/marketing related field preferred.
  • Hospitality, entertainment and/or restaurant marketing preferred.
  • Experience with digitally focused marketing efforts including email and website. 
  • Graphic Design experience a plus.
  • Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, MS Word, and Excel as well as Video/Digital software knowledge including Adobe programs: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to proofread.
  • Ability to anticipate and react to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent about project follow up.
  • Ability to walk across several properties daily.
