Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest reservations efficiently using the Benson system.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold 5-star service standards in all interactions, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and reporting.
Support hotel safety and security procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a receptionist or front office role in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment.
Proven experience in delivering exceptional guest service.
Proficiency with the Benson system and general hotel management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
