The Palace Company Europe is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our Corporate Quality team in Milan, for the European and Maldives Regions.
Mission:
This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality standards and procedures across our hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the Quality & Performance Training Director, and functionally aligned with the Global Corporate Quality team, the Specialist will work on both operational audits and data-driven analysis, ensuring excellence in guest experience and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
Main Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System across hotels in Europe and Maldives.

Conduct regular audits, quality visits, and operational walkthroughs to monitor compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines.

Analyze guest feedback (e.g., ReviewPro, Internal surveys) and other performance indicators to detect trends and improvement opportunities.

Assist in the rollout of new quality initiatives, SOPs, and training related to brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency.

Collaborating in the development, delivery and evaluation of Quality Training Programs.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in quality, operations or guest experience within luxury segment: hospitality (corporate or multi-property roles preferred), retail.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Spanish or another language is a strong plus.

Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.

Availability to travel within Europe, Maldives, Messico.
