The Palace Company Europe is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our Corporate Quality team in Milan, for the European and Maldives Regions.

Mission: 

This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality standards and procedures across our hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the Quality & Performance Training Director, and functionally aligned with the Global Corporate Quality team, the Specialist will work on both operational audits and data-driven analysis, ensuring excellence in guest experience and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System across hotels in Europe and Maldives.

  • Conduct regular audits, quality visits, and operational walkthroughs to monitor compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines.

  • Analyze guest feedback (e.g., ReviewPro, Internal surveys) and other performance indicators to detect trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Assist in the rollout of new quality initiatives, SOPs, and training related to brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency.

  • Collaborating in the development, delivery and evaluation of Quality Training Programs.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality, operations or guest experience within luxury segment: hospitality (corporate or multi-property roles preferred), retail.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Spanish or another language is a strong plus.

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.

  • Availability to travel within Europe, Maldives, Messico.
