Position: Product & Systems Administrator

Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town

Job Type: Full Time

Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive and inquisitive attitude.
  • Working knowledge of Tourplan NX (essential).
  • Understanding of basic product contracting.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and consultants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the booking support inbox to assist consultants.
  • Create and maintain supplier profiles on Tourplan NX.
  • Load, update, and maintain rates across markets (offers, policies, terms, etc.).
  • Link supplier and room codes for live connectivity.
  • Track loaded suppliers and ensure accuracy.
  • Handle rate-related queries and support consultants.
  • Coordinate product training and supplier information updates.
  • Archive and maintain records systematically.
