Cervo Hotel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Pool Attendant to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests at the pool.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience: Preferably experience as a commis in a bar or restaurant.
  • Languages: Good command of Italian and English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and proactivity.
  • Service: Strong sense of service excellence and ability to strictly follow quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests at the pool, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable environment.
  • Provide bar service and light meals to guests at the pool.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet guests' needs and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain the pool area clean and tidy.
  • Ensure Cervo Hotel's quality standards are always met.

Lifeguard certification is not required for this role
