Player’s Club Representative
 
 
SUMMARY
Explains and promotes the company player's club. Enrolls new members and assists existing members with player's club transactions. Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment.  Ensures all contact with guests is courteous, informative, and thorough.  Maintains knowledge of all pertinent information regarding the slot club.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Promotes player's club program.  Encourages and enrolls new members into the program.
  2. Assists existing members with players club transactions. Completes appropriate paperwork.
  3. Explains the Ticket-in/Ticket-out Redemption process
  4. Identifies and resolves guest concerns. 
  5. Ensures that departmental paperwork is accurate and maintained on a daily basis.
  6. Responsible for stocking gift inventory and maintaining a neat and orderly public and storeroom area.
  7. Assists with Free Pull program when necessary
  8. Provides assistance with special events.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.  This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be outgoing and have the ability to convince guests to participate in the player's club program.  Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn new software applications (LMS hotel system and Oasis slot and casino system).
 
  • Must be able to type 25-words per minute. Position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous guest service experience preferred.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.
 
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.  Must work calmly and be able to grasp change quickly.  Must be able to stand and talk for extended periods of time.  Ability to lift 10-20 pounds.
Work may require a flexible (weekends and nights) schedule.
