Job Summary:
As a Placement Supervisor at Placement International, you will oversee placement operations of Placement Specialists ensuring seamless service to our clients and candidates. You will ensure that candidates are being guided effectively through the placement process and that our services meet the standards of our clients. Your role will involve coordinating placements, maintaining client and candidate satisfaction, and providing strategic insights to improve processes. As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for performance management, training, and team development, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in recruitment, placement coordination, Hospitality or a supervisory role within the hospitality or service industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop individuals professionally.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to manage high-stakes interactions with clients and candidates.
Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, ensuring high standards in placement and follow-up processes.
Problem-Solving: Advanced skills in resolving escalated issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Team Supervision and Development
Lead, train, and mentor a team of Placement Specialists to optimize their performance.
Conduct regular check-ins and monthly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
Develop team objectives and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Placement Strategy and Coordination
Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of the placement process, from candidate introduction to final placement.
Review and enhance placement strategies to meet client expectations and improve candidate satisfaction.
Address escalated issues related to placements and resolve them efficiently.
Client and Candidate Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients and critical placements, ensuring service excellence.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates, and oversee complex placements to ensure alignment with client needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
Monitor placement processes for consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Gather feedback from clients and candidates to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.
Data Management and Reporting
Oversee data management practices, ensuring candidate and client records are accurate, current, and secure.
Prepare and analyze reports on placement performance, team productivity, and client satisfaction to inform decision-making.
Track and report team and placement outcomes to leadership on a regular basis.
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of career fairs, workshops, and other placement-related events, ensuring that team members are well-prepared.
Engage with candidates and clients during events, offering guidance and fostering networking opportunities.
