JOB SUMMARY
The pastry cook is responsible for the production and execution of all plated desserts. This includes but is not limited to, sauces, garnishes, tortes, pies, tarts, etc.
Work schedule: Friday - Monday 6:00AM - 2:00PM (Days off are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Primary Duties & Functions:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Job requires long hours of standing and walking throughout your shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely and work in high temperature conditions.
