  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Creating visually appealing dessert displays for special events and occasions to attract customers
  • Monitoring and adjusting baking processes to achieve optimal texture and flavor in all pastry items.
  • Meeting sales targets by developing seasonal and promotional pastry items that drive customer interest.
  • Experimenting with new techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations to innovate and improve pastry offerings.
