About the Partner Manager, Ecosystem Partnerships role...

The role of Partner Manager is to manage the full lifecycle, from acquisition through to mutual success, with Ecosystem Integration Partners (including PMS, Channels, Booking Engines, Direct Booking Partners and SMX/App Store Applications). The role plays a crucial part in ensuring the SiteMinder Hotel Commerce Platform continues to be the Industry’s leading, open and connected platform.

What you’ll do…

  • Managing end-to-end regional Connectivity application process

  • Engaging with key Ecosystem Partners that we identify as important to our business

  • Identify applications and connectivity opportunities that show potential

  • Qualify and build business cases for all new connectivity within the region

  • Negotiate and close contracts and changes in terms for new and existing partners

  • Managing expectations of both the internal and external customers

  • Having a complete understanding of the distribution and connectivity requirements of multiple regions

  • Planning, developing and executing on strategic activities with partners driving adoption of connectivity to the SiteMinder ecosystem

  • Developing additional commercial opportunities with current and new connectivity partners

  • Having an strong work ethic, willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed

What you have…

  • Have a high level of understanding of various components and integrations that make up hotel technology including; In-depth understanding of Distribution (Wholesalers, DMC’s, Tour Operators OTA’s & Direct), Hotel Application Tech Stack (PMS, CRS, CRM, Upsell, RMS, Guest Messaging etc)

  • Are proven to build and maintain relationships in a B2B environment with C-Level Executives

  • Have proven experience in partner management

  • Have an analytical and data driven approach to decision making

  • Have a commercial background with proven sales and negotiation skills
